I have a Netgear ReadyNAS NV+ (v1) with 4x 2TB WD Green drives which appears to have failed; it won’t pass the boot message on the LCD. The device is running ReadyNAS RAID-X. Can you assist with data recovery (web page http://blogs.rediff.com/data-recovery/), please, and if so how much is it likely to cost?

Now what they gave me is only an inoperative hard drive.

We need to retrieve deleted WhatsApp messages from my son’s iPhone 6. We had a backup of his data on the ReadyNas home RAID system but I’d rather not risk any more damage to the hard drive as I’m not sure how the files on ReadyNas storage systems work. I run a selection of hard drives and phones – and I’m used to Windows and iOS file and operating systems.
